It will never cease to amaze me that Mitch Landrieu rightfully made the politically hard decision to tear down all those racist statues but was so bad at every other part of his job he forgot to build a road to the goddamn new airport.
He drove past it SO MANY TIMES on his way to Aspen and LA and New York when they were building it. did he never once think “oh shit, I totally forgot about that whole road thing?”
And Democrats are so bad at their jobs, you watch one of them will win the presidency and make Mitch Transportation Secretary.
