"Don't judge yourself. There is no shame in taking care of your mental health. I had an assessment with a mental health team for depression and this opened the doors to a lot of help."

"Access all the help out there and work out what is useful for you: counselling, groups, psychiatry, antidepressants, fitness, hobbies, standing on a mountain top & screaming at everything: try them and see. Some will help."
