- Islamophobia enquiry downgraded
- Philip Hammond stands down and blasts Tories in resignation letter

- It emerges the Tories built 0 out of 200,000 promised starter homes (didn't even bother to implement the legislation)
- Civil service refuses to cost Labour proposals on behalf of the Tories, and criticises them for trying to drag them into politics

- It emerged the contractor that clad Grenfell has been placed on a list of official Government suppliers
- A report found the Tories have received substantial donations from Russian interests

- Anne Milton declared she would run as an independent

- It emerged the Government plans a Festival of Brexit (at the cost of £120 million) in 2022.

What an incredible day! That's a month's worth of scandals from the Tories in about 14 hours. This election is going to be off the charts vile.
