Unclear from the story whether the book's author, presidential historian and frequent Fox guest @DougWead, was the one who interpreted "PC" as "political correctness," or if the Fox reporter inserted that interpretation and framed the entire article around it.
You might remember Wead from the time the president saw him on Fox & Friends and praised his book, which he definitely did not read.

FoxNews.com has updated its story on CIA staff complaining of Obama WH "political correctness" meetings, saying it accurately quoted author Doug Wead's book and is reaching out to him because "'PC' may instead stand for 'Principals Committee.'"

Wead often appears on Fox News, and his commentary has been praised by the president.
