@fchollet @dileeplearning There are many researchers with a bias towards quantification. That is, 'let's find a way to measure intelligence'. Alternatively, let's find a formula that describes intelligence (see: AIXI). But if all your tools are hammers, then every problem looks like a nail!
@fchollet @dileeplearning The complete set of cognitive gadgets that an intelligence makes use of is undefined. Intelligence is defined by the set of cognitive gadgets that it has access to. There is no formula that can capture this openendedness.
