In the last Research Thread we discussed the release of the new website, brief look at the new BOD, as well as a brief look at their Warburton #silver project :

This time I want to take a look at the newer filings presented. 👍

This right here stands out to me more then anything 👇...That is a massive AS decrease. 99 Billion to 150 Million. This huge AS is obviously what has disinterested some potential investors..This massive reduction yet to hit OTCM is a big deal.

With this massive AS Decrease confirmed and based off my DD. THE CORRECT SHARE STRUCTURE is 150 mil AS. 87 mil OS. 210k Float.

All :)'s about that and obviously the perfect vehicle for a big board uplist. No R/S needed....

Now it's all about building assets...

If we follow the Research clues you can see the current assets being held and OBVIOUSLY signs of more to come. MUCH MORE valuable projects to come I'm betting...

Assets under this roof....with this Share Structure...With this BOD....Getting VERY interesting.

This company is also DEBT FREE AND CONVERTIBLE FREE. 👇.

So now we have the Share Structure. The BOD. Debt/Convertible Free...Once again sounds like a very clean vehicle for a #miner big board uplist....

to continue on the assets needed and company follow thru....

The company follow thru and how clean this company vehicle is makes me :) big.

Think Details on Follow Thru 👇:

1. Re-invigorating the company ✅
2. Added a new BOD ✅
3. Whole new Website✅

SO WITH THAT 👆....

I would expect to see numbers 4. 5. and 6. quickly...

My prediction...based off the follow thru so far we can expect the following next :

4. Small and as I verified clean financing/funding.

5. Filings and "Current" status With OTC Markets.

6. ALL THOSE ARE GREAT BUT THIS ONE CAUGHT MY EYES👀.

6. "Acquisition of a later stage mining project to complicate the existing 2 properties" /assets I discussed above👆.

This goes right along with my prediction here. They want to bring a big time asset under this roof to achieve a future up-list...

Think about it...

$PGVI :

"later stage mining project" means one thing to me personally...

EITHER :

A. Funded #miner project.

or.

B. Already in production #miner project.

THATS WHY I'M EXCITED..AND THAT IS WHAT MAKES SENSE TO ME HERE. With what we discussed above + a major asset = ...

$PGVI :

= the perfect vehicle for big board uplist. Definitely a longer swing/investment for me here. I continue to buy these levels.

If these dots connect...Which I'm betting they do....THATS how $PGVI can achieve not just a $21.00 price projection but possibly much higher.
