A comment on @Lead1225’s video.

@Lead1225 RR’s argument is that Christianity cannot meet the evidential standards commonly used in other areas. He presents a trilemma:

@Lead1225 1 If we lower the standards of rationality for Christianity, we can get it, but we get all other religions too
2 If we maintain high standards of rationality, we don’t get it, or
3 If we lower standards for Christianity and raise them for other religions, we are irrational

@Lead1225 So, this:

1 If we lower the standards of human origins accounts, we get Darwinism AND creationism
2 If we raise the standards we don’t get Darwinism
3 If we lower the standards for Darwin and raise them for Creationists, we are irrational

@Lead1225 Exactly the same argument RR makes.

“But” he would protest, “Comparing Darwinism to Creationism is unfair! They are not in the same epistemological boat!”

To which we could reply, “Which is true of Christianity and other religions as well.”
