Video shows a Tucson sheriff's deputy tackling then pinning a Black teenager with no arms or legs to the ground with his full body weight, after an adult at the group home where the teenager lives, called the police because he knocked over a trash can.

@washingtonpost After this video was made public, the Pima County Attorney's Office dropped criminal charges against the child (and the child who recorded the video). But the deputy has not been identified and there has been no suggestion that he be fired, or that charges be filed against him.
