here's the thing: Google Stadia worked WONDERS and almost perfectly when tested on a Google Pixel 3a XL.

update from the office internet: today Red Dead 2 moves better with the same Ethernet connection you saw me play Destiny 2 in the gif. Here’s the mouse and screen response
And here’s the same Destiny 2 jump test today. Again on the same crowded work network, Stadia is performing better today. Recorded in 60fps so hopefully twitter doesn’t compress it but it is smooth
