The Strzok-v-Barr termination lawsuit has provided a lot of small details confirming information & dates that have been left speculative since the June 2018 OIG report into MYE.
So we now know the exact dates that Strzok & Page left Mueller's team & more.

We also know that the alleged affair was real, it was just missing from the texts due to redactions of personal information unrelated to the cases before the FBI. Strzok's wife got his phone & found receipts for flowers, hotel rooms & other texts & photos related to the affair.
In conjunction with the OIG Report in June 2018, the FBI OPR made a disciplinary finding that as head of MYE, Strzok violated FBI policy by failing to pursue a significant investigative lead in a judicial proceeding. The 32 day delay in getting a warrant for Weiner's laptop!
But in response to appeals from Strzok & his lawyers, the FBI OPR they swapped out that charge for a Dereliction of Supervisory Responsibility charge rather than the misconduct in failing to follow an investigative lead.
OPR also tried to reduce his firing to a 60 day suspension.
So basically they were saying he was derelict as a supervisor because his team did not get the warrant for the laptop. Rather than saying he intentionally failed to personally follow that investigative lead.
We learn specific dates for Page & Strzok's removal from the Special Counsel.
Page 7/15/17
Strzok 7/28/17
This fits in well to the timeline from 7/26/17-8/4/17 when the coup plotters were neutralized & the White House debugged!
This Page timeline is interesting:
Assigned to MYE as McCabe's counsel: February 2016
Assigned to Russia Case: July 2016 (only started on 7/30/16)
Unofficially working on MYE in undefined capacity since: August 2015
Confirms that the FBI believed Strzok's political texts undermined the findings of both the MYE & Russia investigations.
Also confirms that Strzok was immediately removed from Mueller's team as soon as Horowitz & RR showed him the texts.
Several pages of texts, they all look previously released but there may be some new tidbits or unredacted words in it.

But one footnote is new to me. It is a text conversation on the FBI's secret level messaging system about wanting on the SC team to get Trump.
Strzok & Page were both discussing bailing on the SC case because there was no there, there. But this leak of Trump pushback tricked them into thinking they might have him now. Was the leak done for that purpose? Was it bait to keep them on the team while they were investigated?
Of course Strzok stuck to his alibi, that his personal opinions expressed in the texts never influence any specific decision in either investigation.
The FBI also found he violated security by sending the affidavit for the Weiner search warrant to his personal email while it was under seal by a federal court. This is one of 2 referrals Horowitz made for sending sealed court documents to private email.
The OIG report confirmed that a "non-FBI family member" had access to Strzok's private email in Spring of 2017, I theorized then that it was his wife & this document confirms that identification.
Note that in the Spring of 2017, both Strzok's FBI CI unit & his wife's SEC Enforcement Division were investigating @jaredkushner in what I call #Spygate2 after 'China experts' illegally spied upon him using NSA intercepts to find Chinese Collusion.
The information & footnotes put to rest the theory some have proposed that the affair was just a cover story. Sending flowers & renting hotel rooms for meet ups & a pissed off wife are what I call indicators of an affair!
Strzok actually tried to claim he didn't take the agents finding Clinton's emails as a big deal, because they received lots of false tips that people had found her emails.
Pretending that an FBI agent finding them on a computer shared w HRC's chief aide didn't make it credible.
Needless to say the FBI found this claim to be BS, but did drop the charge from misconduct for ignoring a lead to dereliction in supervision of the MYE team.
As the case agent said, someone was trying to bury this! Strzok & his co-conspirators Page & McCabe!
In fact, the OIG report gave the FBI information that destroyed all 5 of Strzok's alibis!
They are quoting Director Comey on the mistake of assigning the same people to both investigations. But recognize that they are not pointing the finger at him, the Deputy Director manages day to day operations & assignment of resources...
So this is a dig at McCabe's choices...
They also destroyed Strzok's alibis that these were just technical violations & errors, not misconduct. Including sending sealed Grand Jury information to his personal email & security violations that cost him his clearance!
Strzok tried to throw his subordinates under the bus, then plead that he wasn't responsible for their inaction.
Even FBI OPR couldn't white wash Strzok's text messages!

Ouch!
More ouch!
The FBI wasn't real keen on his security violations either!
The FBI OPR all but accuses him of lying in creating his alibis for inaction on the Weiner laptop.

I think a good case for lacking candor could have been added here....
After all this though, OPR tries to recommend dropping his termination down to a 60 day suspension from the FBI. Fortunately, Director's Wray's staff overruled OPR & fired Strzok.
FBI Deputy Director Bowdich (who replaced McCabe!) overruled the proposed punishment by OPR & terminated Strzok!
