I cannot say how *excited* I am that @chrislhayes just referred to Trump's crime as the solicitation of a bribe, which is exactly right, exactly what happened, and covered by the very bribery statute the United States Constitution says is grounds for impeachment if it is violated
@chrislhayes PS/ And Duke law professor @walterdellinger then followed what Hayes said by *agreeing* it was solicitation of a bribe! I knew media would come around if I and other attorneys banged on about this enough: it's *solicitation* of a bribe, and that's covered by the bribery statute.
