Somehow I'd never considered using SLI antialiasing with older games on new(ish) hardware, so you can use the 2nd card for extra image quality instead of performance.

Here's Midtown Madness 2 running on my Windows XP build with dual 8800GTS cards. 1600x1200, 16xAF, and SLI 8xAA!
And this rig is more than quick enough to still run at 100+ FPS, so on a 100Hz CRT it looks incredible combined with the other improvements.

Feels like a fresh new game now, this was unthinkable to me back then.
