Retired Army Colonel Joseph Young admitted to joining the “Colonels Cabal” and pleaded guilty in a #BidRigging conspiracy where he paid bribes in exchange for contracts at Fort Gordon.

Very familiar story:

After he retired from the Army, he started his own company.

He then gave his buddy Colonel Anthony Williams' wife a no-show job. Colonel Williams was in charge of the DoD's "battle command budget" in Washington, DC at the time.
He paid William's wife over $1.2 Million over time for that no-show job.
Then another Colonel, Calvin Lawyer, who also had his own company, took on Young's company JY & Associates as a subcontractor.

Then they all conspired with Colonel Anthony Roper, who was overseeing work at Fort Gordon.
Then Roper directed the contracts to Young, Williams, and Lawyer in exchange for bribes.

Uhhh, WTF?! Colonel Young admitted to the Judge that he STILL has contracts with the military.
