With a Corporate Division of Labor, Approx. 20% (managers) have relatively empowering work & a disproportionate say in workplace decisions while approx. 80% (workers) do mostly menial labor & have virtually no say in decisions. 2/4
A blind spot to the Corporate Division of Labor creates a dangerous possibility of replacing the current abomination with another abomination: A Managerial/Coordinator Class ruled economy that is not all that much different from the perspective of the 80%. 3/4
