Just as there exist a Silent Dialogue between the rider and the horse, there is that Silent Being of a Trader with his Markets.
I am sure if some one an Equestrian among Investors can probably write on the analogy.

The rider's hands (and whole arms) are in contact with the horse's mouth through an extension of the rein. Riding is a nonverbal communication between horse and human.

The rider's muscles, via leg, seat and hands, talk to the horse by asking it to either go forward, turn, slow down or speed up.
.
Its that's how close a Trader can be to his Markets.

1/ Something I’ve been pondering about Gold vs Bitcoin. If Gold supply could have been mathematically frozen around 1860, Gold would trade at $26,040/oz today. More:
2/ Gold supply unlike bitcoin is not fixed at 21 million. More gold is produced each year. Currently, 192,000 tons or 6.144 billion ounces of gold exist in circulation. 50% of which was mined in last 50 years. See chart ⤵️
3/ Had Gold supply been fixed at its initial use as money ~3000 years ago, it’s price/ounce would be exponentially higher than what it is today.

Gold: Considering that we had a very strong Employment Report out of the US on Friday, #gold performed pretty well over the past 18 trading hours. At $1291/oz at the time of writing it is some $15 above its post-NFP plunge and only about $7 below Friday morning's high.

Gold: This strength in #gold is not coming from US equity market fears, as US futures are roughly flat.

Gold: Its likely to be quiet today, with the US markets closed for the Labor Day public holiday. But the CFTC released its Commitment of Traders Report on Friday, as usual. To summarise, speculators were still (just) net short #gold as of 28 August. 1/6
Gold: The Managed Money category also remains net short #gold, although as in the case of the legacy report net speculative position, the net Managed Money short decreased slightly last week. 2/6
Gold: There was not much change to the Managed Money gross long #gold positions, which were steady around 11.4 million ounces. 3/6
