No I don’t represent Dr. Freyd.. I don’t even know her.
But the facts in this case are awful.
And I know of other cases where the facts are even worse.

My favorite is a male professor who says the promotion process is so “sacred” that he doesn’t have to discuss what happens in a faculty meeting with the university equal opportunity office investigator.
