THREAD

1)
@Newsweek recently published a story with this cover, promoting talking points pushed by known #Iran apologists/lobbyists.

Their main purpose: maintaining the regime in power against the argument of supporting regime change in Iran by the Iranian people.

7)
Why are Tehran apologists/lobbyists using MSM outlets such as Newsweek to push this narrative to such an extent? The regime in Iran is facing a major crisis as we witnessed during the November uprising. The Iranian people have risen & the mullahs are desperate.
8)
Nov 16 - Shahriar, west of Tehran, Iran
Security forces seen shooting protesters at point blank range.
9)
WARNING - DISTURBING FOOTAGE

Nov 16 - Karaj, west of Tehran, Iran
Golshahr district
A protester shot & killed by the regime's security forces.
10)
These are just two examples.
Inside Iran, the regime is resorting to brute force, killing over 1,500 protesters to prevent its overthrow. (Numbers are rising).
Abroad, Tehran dispatches apologists/lobbyists to do the whitewashing.

Reminder:
In the first tweet of this thread I said, “regime change in Iran by the Iranian people.”
There is no need for war. The Iranian people proved during the November uprising that they are very willing & fit to take down this regime. And we will.
12)
What do we expect from the international community?

Do not support/appease the mullahs’ regime in any way.

Do not justify their human rights violations against us through political/economic relations.

We’ll take care of the rest.

Thank you.
