FISA Court issues damning statement condemning FBI/DOJ for:

—“erroneous FBI affidavits”

—a false certification on an FISA application by the FBI Director

—“omission of material facts”

—“troubling number” of “inaccuracies” in “so many” applications (75+)

—“concealing” of info
FISC

—Refuses to accept further inaccurate applications “whether or not intentionally false”

—bans a certain FBI agent from submitting future applications

—demands new “procedures” from FBI/DOJ and explanation as to “why” these problems happened
Sounds good, right? Finally some accountability?

Except all of those quotes are from an order issued by the court in *2002*, when FBI/DOJ confessed that the Clinton administration had been misleading the court 👇

I take no pleasure in predicting that the government case against Flynn would be persuasive to Judge Sullivan, who today dismissed all of Flynn’s arguments. It’s incredibly hard to get a case dismissed when your client pled guilty - twice - yet doesn’t withdraw the plea 👇
The @GenFlynn case is now at the end of the road, unless:

—withdrawal of guilty plea

—acceptance of guilt/sentencing

—pardon/commutation
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, just calling balls and strikes
