I take no pleasure in predicting that the government case against Flynn would be persuasive to Judge Sullivan, who today dismissed all of Flynn’s arguments. It’s incredibly hard to get a case dismissed when your client pled guilty - twice - yet doesn’t withdraw the plea 👇
