There will, certainly, be new grounds for possession. These will need to be considered very carefully, both for their reasonableness and whether they limit abuse. 2/
There are suggestions there may be new processes for possession claims as well. This should ring alarm bells, at least until the detail is clear. 3/
And then s.21 is SO entwined in current housing law and regulation that unpicking it will be tricky. Consider all those requirements for which inability to serve a s.21 is a punishment for breach.. 4/
