2/ Trump's twisting of his shoulder's and torso are, most likely, a secondary phenomenon — Trump knows he had an event and his movement is a type of subconscious/edge-of-consciousness behavior reaction to act as a camouflage in order to disguise it.
3/ It may sound a bit silly, but this analogy holds: It's similar to when a person coughs and squirms in their chair in an effort to try and masquerade a fart.
4/ The president needs a complete and very detailed neurological exam. The results need to be fully disclosed. Failing to do so represents a clear and present danger and is a profound threat to our national security.
