Narcissists always talk like they’re the authorities on everything. They’ll pontificate like they’re the expert while saying absolutely nothing of substance. Usually they’re much more adept at it than this melting pot of cognitive impairment pathology, ignorance and stupidity.
The people saying “dementia,” his psychopathology can’t be separated. All his abhorrent behavior is multifactorial. Cognitive impairment pathology covers all the mechanisms including his personality disorders, chronic stimulant abuse & neurodegenerative conditions like dementia.
He’s unfit and needs a comprehensive assessment. I’ve had inpatient geri psych patients more competent than him.
