I am on a flight delay at an airport and there is a person here with an emotional support duck.

I have questions.
For those asking for pics, the duck is in some sort of a container but the quacking is unmistakable.

1. Projection & Victim Blaming (I'm the victim. You are violent)
2. Deception & inversion (You're being lied to by urban naxals. Policemen are under attack)
3. Veiled threats (Respect Parliament for passing CAB, Don’t harass the poor)
4. Falsification & Deflection (All but Indian Muslims love me. We have never let paperwork come in the way)
5. White lies (There’s been no talk of NRC. There are no detention camps)
6. Megalomania (refers to self repeatedly & in third person)
7. Apathy (Nothing to allay fears. No word on pple killed in protests)

#thread So this is another of my favorite local stories from Sendai, which I call "The Kids Find Bishamonten a Home." Intersection of military history, #japanesehistory, and folklore, in this story from the part of Sendai where I attended school.
Once upon a time, Date Masamune was laying siege to Kitanome Castle, in Miyagi County of Mutsu Province, where he was expanding his power northward from his original lands on the southern side of Mutsu.
The castle, held by Kurino Daizen, was shrouded in black fog and difficult to see, much less attack. Word had it that this was because Bishamonten, guardian deity of the castle, was protecting it.
