Every campaign needs the occasional piece of treasure for the new year here are 12 ideas for items you could find while exploring the Actuality. Every item could be a monetary reward but I've also tried to include possible story or mechanical benefits as well.

1/12 Mask of Janular

An antique ornate mask of ivory, shadow and gold. It belonged to a influential Xan Weir philosopher

The inside of the mask contains Janular's original name, something that has sought after by the Xan Weir for years so they can find his tomb and journal.

2/12 Orchid from YanVu
The last flower from a leech world now long gone. YanVu was a leech world famous for its emotion flowers, said to have had a property similar to manmade emotion leaves.

The Emotion Mills Consortium had all the flowers picked, unfortunately the flowers proved inimical to the world itself and once they were gone the world collapsed. This specimen is probably the last in the Actuality, it has properties similar to a leaf of Hope.

3/12 Venta Tea
Small box of tea from an island in the Unfathomable Archipelago. Grown on dream misted hills the tea tastes familiar to anyone who drinks it. Due to the difficulty of travel to and from the remote island, the tea is very rare and highly prized by collectors.

4/12 Roses for Balregon
Manuscript for a play about a goetic failing in love the Warden of the Red. While not very well written it has become infamous because of the destruction that has surrounded it during its history.

A goetic who reads this manuscript carefully may find clues to a secrets of the Nightside of the Red, including a pact with a secret coterie of Red Demons.

5/12 Radish Friend
A white radish that looks like a small humanoid with green leaf hair. If planted in a vislaes home it will help tend local plants

A vislae who gives a home to this Green spirit will find their plants flourish but often find new and strange ones growing as well

6/12 Sir Becklan's Chair
A tiny but well upholstered armchair. Belonged to famously indolent Sir Becklan, who used to make it grow full sized wherever he stopped. At the moment it is stuck pocket sized because he neglected to tell anyone the command word.

Once the command word is learned, the chair would be an object of power. If returned to full size who knows what strange notes and trinkets someone might find lost in the cushions.

7/12 Child's version of the Spiders Game
A handmade version of the Spiders Game made from rare woods. Made by a prominent weaver for their daughter

Playing this for a few months gives someone a free level 1 skill in playing the Spider's Game.

8/12 Blue Paradise Rum
Drinking this rum causes you to feel like your sitting in warm sunshine and can smell the ocean. If you drink enough of it before sleeping ir causes you to have a lucid dream of a tropical island.

Only six bottles of this rum were ever made by rendering down an entire island from the Blue. Bottles have found their way into the possession of various famous and influential people over the years and it is said dream versions of some of them still exist on the Paradise Island

9/12 Water of Osirius
The river Osirius flows in the Gold, springing forth from a new location every dawn and dusk.

This water can be used by Makers but anyone who drinks this water for a period before going to a changery can lower the effective level of the process by 1.

10/12 Testament of Lady Trenmere
Lady Trenmere was a famous politician and apostate agitator. Most famous for her outspoken criticism of the Deathless Triumvirate and the vislae orders. After her famous 'Marquis Dagger' she burned her testament in protest and became an Apostate

This Testament of Suns appears to be from when she was a Vance, it is scarred and partially disintegrated but still recognisable. Both Apostate and Vance groups would like this object in their collections, there is also strange runes burned into the base.

11/12 Orb Geode
A 'natural' true orb. Sometimes found in places that have been witness to high emotion and powerful magic. It contains many different people's memories of one particular event.

Depending on where or when the Orb was formed this orb could contain powerful secrets

12/12 Ona Fan
A silk and wood fan Created by a coterie of vislae. If a word is whispered to the fan in the vislae's language it is displayed when unfurled.

Simply owning this fan may open doors in certain circles and clubs.
