I wrote one hundred thousand tweets, AMA
"What's the best tweet you've written?"

For me personally I think it might be this
broadly there are ~3 classes of VV tweets

- nerdposting ("what's going on here? what's this about? here are some theories")

- kindposting / sermonizing (literally roundabout ways of saying "friends,,, let us be kind")

- shitposting for lulz

if I really have to get upset about something, I post it on @alt_visa or DM a friend

otherwise, broadly I'd frame it as "I try to react to madness by choosing to be doubly 'sane', to cruelty with kindness, to small-mindedness with open-mindedness", etc

@alt_visa biggest difference is that I'm much more conscious of having "an audience". I used to come here just to type stuff "into the void" and not really expect anybody to see or care

I have more friends here now, so I look forward to riffing & playing with them

@alt_visa I hate how these answers sound... but they're true

- they're not stored in one place, they're everywhere
- no
- ... everywhere

@alt_visa lots of people like to quote-tweet things that they find bad. I think this is unhealthy and unproductive. it gives attention to the bad thing, and forces everyone else to see it too. I think we should use QTs to cheer and celebrate good work

@alt_visa I love myself for my twitter game and I wish I could use twitter more
