... at port of entries in WA state after returning from a concert in Vancouver. Unconfirmed reports of visa holders being denied entry.
There is a lot of sketchy info circulating about CBP "directive" towards Iranians but so far none of it's confirmed & no CONFIRMED reports that US Citizens or green cards holders were denied entry. So far it is very unclear what's going on, other than the examples shared @cair_wa
@cair_wa A lot of ppl are still returning from travel abroad around the holidays so please do not spread panic unless you have confirmed information. There is always a possibility that you can encounter an officer at initial inspection w probing or insensitive Qs. It happens ...
@cair_wa ... it does not necessarily means that there is a targeted directive to deny or detain US citizens or LPRs of Iranian heritage. Know you rights but please do not spread misinformation. Follow ppl who ACTUALLY know or can find the information. Stay safe & alert.
