The govt of India in the center and states run 100s of schemes which discriminate between citizens on religion. Hindus do not have the same rights to manage places of worship, to run schools, they're not entitled to "Nai Manzil" scholarships or "Hunar Haat" support for craftsmen.
Why is that people like @ShashiTharoor have never questioned the religion-based schemes of the govt which blatantly discriminate between citizens based on their religion? Kerala is one of the worst offenders.

How do people get IDs for those schemes?

@ShashiTharoor It's not this govt which has "divided people on religion"—division and discrimination is built into the Constitution with "special rights for minorities", itself a result of the British's communal award.

Yes, the BJP has not dismantled this apartheid.
