Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Cathy Seibel: Change of Plea Hearing as to Michael Cohen held on 1/13/2020. Defendant is present with counsel, Deveraux Cannick, Esq. AUSA Christopher Brumwell, Esq. is present.

AUSA James McMahon, Esq. is present. USAO Paralegal Allison Tull is present. Defendant is sworn. The Court determines that the Defendant is fully competent to waive Indictment and enter an informed plea at this time. Waiver of Indictment is signed, marked as Court Ex. No. 1.

The Court finds that the Defendant kas knowingly and voluntarily waived his right to be indicted by a Grand Jury. Defendant withdraws his prior plea of not guilty and enters a plea of guilty as to Count One of S2 Information 19 CR 00271 (CS).

Plea Agreement is signed, marked as Court Ex. No. 2, and returned to the custody of the U.S. Attorney. The Court finds that this plea is taken knowingly, voluntarily and with a full understanding of the consequences of the plea. Defendant admits to the forfeiture allegations.

Cue the impeachment festival.😎
