1. I'm not competent in election law but I note that Trump is trying to use attorneys he doesn't have to pay. I have said since early 2016, Trump is fraud and is not wealthy at all. Likely insolvent. He has raised large sums for the 2020 campaign but I don't think he can use it
2. to pay his attorneys in the impeachment trial. We should try to disqualify any @WhiteHouse counsel for an conflict. Force CJ John Roberts to rule on it. Even if @SenateGOP overrules Roberts the attorneys will be facing possible discipline.
3. Could they possibly be disbarred? Let's let them wonder about it. Cue Rudy or the pedophile? 😎 @RepAdamSchiff @RepJerryNadler

1. In 1978-9 I was looking for acting work in NYC. You don't quit your day job. If you're trying to break in, you work nights.

I was a terrible waiter so I worked as a restaurant manager. It was just about 5 years after first Russian Refusniks were allowed to emigrate.
2. I had 2 Russian immigrant employees, busmen, who loved to smoke and the only place you could do it was in my office. So I traded choking on cigarette smoke for stories about Russia including gulags, hiding diamonds in radios and getting caught. They wanted to practice English
3. so I rationalized it as employee development plus in a very tough place to manage, the largest restaurant in the Hilton system at the time, they would do pretty much anything I asked and that was to help other workers so things went OK. Repaid my petty kindness with loyalty.

1. They probably already had it. Plus his calls. IMO you can't do what these folks did and not draw the attention of the eye of Sauron. And I think all encrypted aps are like yummy gumdrops for the NSA.
2. Isn't it possible that Oct 9 when those boys went rabbit they were just part of a larger conspiracy NS Div found? Could what set them apart be they were fleeing? If they hadn't done that we may have never heard of these boys. Were they blip on the radar of a much larger case?
3. I'd look for other new faces who appear in more than one photo or video taken the same time of Trump Parnas meetings. If he could get that close, he might have had company.

There is NO SUCH THING as a Congressional Executive Agreement in the Constitution

Congress made that up - and it only requires simple majority of House + Senate to approve
