1. I'm not competent in election law but I note that Trump is trying to use attorneys he doesn't have to pay. I have said since early 2016, Trump is fraud and is not wealthy at all. Likely insolvent. He has raised large sums for the 2020 campaign but I don't think he can use it
2. to pay his attorneys in the impeachment trial. We should try to disqualify any @WhiteHouse counsel for an conflict. Force CJ John Roberts to rule on it. Even if @SenateGOP overrules Roberts the attorneys will be facing possible discipline.
3. Could they possibly be disbarred? Let's let them wonder about it. Cue Rudy or the pedophile? 😎 @RepAdamSchiff @RepJerryNadler

1. I remember Jack Kennedy's call to service. Then LBJ enacted the Civil Rights acts and attempted to advance his Great Society programs. The current Democratic Party left wing leaves me cold because its vision is based on entitlement and grievance.
2. I just don't think that works. We need to tirelessly appeal to our better angels. Not settle old scores. It's simple: Tax the ultra-rich like we did for folks earning over $260,000 in 1951: 91%. The rest will take care of itself. And a simple change in the Bankruptcy code
3. and Medicare expansion fixes school loans & medical insurance issues. Medicare can be paid by tax of 7% on all income. Earn $10,000 and you pay $700. Earn $10 billion and you pay $700 million. I think 7% should do it but I'd like to see what Cong. Budget Office (@USCBO) says.

3. Seems a wave is building as the trial tees up. Three Trump related plea deals in 24 hours. Lev handing out cell phones. Trump cold feet. At a minimum, all this creates uncertainty for the 18 @SenateGOP running in November. Let's ask them if they want to make it all go away.

Nader paid the money to Broidy to bankroll an effort to persuade the U.S. to take a hard line against Qatar, a long-time American ally but now a bitter adversary of the UAE.
