It seems like McCabe’s involvement in filling out an FM-302 is *more* than unusual - the policy should spell it out specifically.

In an E File system, I’d expect that once it’s certified... draft is auto-removed? Stupid, if not.

• Is it an electronic form? (ie fill in the boxes)
• Do you know what the policy is for how long an agent has between conducting an interview and certifying a 302? Are they allowed 22 days?
