Let’s assume (for a moment) that General Flynn’s original FM-302 is gone... and he’s never going to get it.

There *has* to be a policy that dictates timeframe between interview and creating the 302 record in Sentinel (case file management).

** 22 Days seems astronomical **
Also, that policy should spell out specific roles & responsibilities...

It seems like McCabe’s involvement in filling out an FM-302 is *more* than unusual - the policy should spell it out specifically.
Other Oddities:

• on the bottom right it says it was entered on Jan 24, 2016
• top right says Feb 16, 2016
[Mueller said it was certified in Feb]
• still has ‘Draft’ on header

In an E File system, I’d expect that once it’s certified... draft is auto-removed? Stupid, if not.
