But Flynn, who is not a lawyer, would focus on language and language never said he admitted FARA offense & never said he knew "then and there" statements false.2/

If he admitted to FARA that would seemingly give gov't more ammo to later target son. These fact make Leslie's point.

They change Statement of Offense so that Flynn is comfortable "you aren't pleading to FARA and you aren't saying you knew when you filed FARA," BUT knowing that is the implication. WHICH is exactly what Van Crock screamed at Powell.
