So I have Sirus for 6 months (comes free every time car switch) & heard FoxNews radio of one of Dems yesterday making argument that Trump sought foreign interference in our election. Smoking gun: Trump had twice not w/h aid, but then did and what changed was Biden announced 1/
2/ Presidential run. Few thoughts: First, that argument wouldn't withstand summary judgment if made in a court case involving retaliation. Judge would hold no REASONABLE jury could find retaliation b/C of whatever the protected action was based on such slim temporal nexus.
3/ And that's without even considering the new evidence of corruption. Also, has Trump ever been circumspect? EVER?!? If Trump wanted to use this to get Biden b/c of run, he would have said so. But not only did he say nothing like that, he didn't even express quid pro quo.
4/4 Finally, do Dems think that politicians get a get-out-of-jail free card by announcing they're running for president? That they then can be free of a serious investigation into misconduct? Oh, wait, @HillaryClinton. Never mind. END
