Wow – Puerto Rico Governor Fires Emergency Response Director After Massive Warehouse of Unused Aid Discovered… theconservativetreehouse.com/2020/01/18/wow…
2) To understand the scale and scope I went looking for the full video. Here it is:

3) The warehouse has ten loading bays (truck docks).

Generally speaking, industry average is 20,000 to 25,000 sq. ft capacity per bay. So the warehouse is approximately 200,000 sq ft.
4) Obviously since it was filled in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria (2017) there has been some distribution.

Unfortunately, based on the dialogue, most of that distribution has been sales into the black market.
5) Many pallets are labeled "FEMA Not For Resale". Those items are blankets, tents, tarps, cots and cot mattresses.

There are at least 4-sets of equipment to build large scale emergency feeding stations. Those are portable kitchen set-ups.

Disappointing to say the least.
6) There are at least 40 triple stack pallets of diapers and dry baby formula. [Would fill two semi-tractor trailers alone]
7) A single triple-stack pallet of D-Cell batteries would be worth around $100,000.

There are several.
8) Estimating logistics based on video there's about six to eight tractor trailers of bottled water visible in the warehouse.
9) Here you see about ten (6,000 pound) hand operated pallet jacks. [Look new] There are at least 20 total visible throughout the video.

So this was intended to be a massive storage facility.
10) Pallets of Midland Mfr. Emergency Radios (hand crank and/or battery operated)...
11) 12 Pallets of propane fuel (background) and dozens of pallets of D-Cell batteries (foreground shrink wrapped)
12) You're probably familiar w/ disposable propane from camping.
13) Approximately 20 pallets of Coleman cooking stoves.

Imagine how critical, and much safer, for families without electricity.
14) Potable water containers, emergency candles, and more hardware.
15) Pallets of FEMA tarps (approx 20)
16) Outside of building. Four of ten truck bays, for context to size of warehouse.
17) It takes a particular kind of corruption allowing families to suffer while the officials refuse to pass out vital emergency supplies their citizens need.

These officials are the worst kind of corrupt.

I'll end with THIS message from the Democrat Mayor of San Juan:
18) More info surfaces. This will make your blood boil.

Warehouse owned by the government of Puerto Rico, through a govt. run ‘public corporation’ called the ‘Compañia de Comercio y Exportación de Puerto Rico’ (Puerto Rico Trade and Export Company), founded on December 23, 2003
19) Source for ownership. However, it gets worse....

dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7…
20) ..."Inés Rivera, spokeswoman for the city of Ponce, told The Associated Press that the warehouse is owned by Puerto Rico´s Company of Commerce and Export. Officials with the company could not be reached for comment."..

21) ..."The mayor of Ponce, María Meléndez, said he had not known about the warehouse and its contents."...

Well that's a pretty remarkable denial, considering the Government HQ for the warehouse at the port in Ponce is only 155 feet away from the warehouse in question !!
22) The Govt. owned ‘Compañia de Comercio y Exportación de Puerto Rico’ (Puerto Rico Trade and Export Company), is headquartered at the south apex of the *SAME* warehouse parking lot. !!

Clear direct line of sight, and only 50 yards away.
23) Here are the coordinates for the headquarters in Ponce:
17.970177, -66.612840

You can see it on Google Earth.
24) Any PR government official, or Ponce local official, who attempts to deny they knew the location of these supplies and that warehouse is simply lying.

Who are they lying to? Everyone. Including this desperate mom:
Let me make this really easy to see:
