In 2001, I was a shoemaker at corner Hamilton & Church streets in South Africa, I did that for 2yrs+ my customer service was top notch, I got hired as a customer service consultant by Vodacom SA where I worked for 5yrs .I was hired by one of my satisfied client from shoe making
While at Vodacom SA,I went back to school and added some certifications I was from their hired as a QC/QA in one of the big 5 construction companies. One day the safety manager quitted due to pressure, as a fast thinking Naija breed I told my CEO I can handle it,he paid for all
Safety certifications valued at R60k I ended up becoming the safety manager. I set up my own consultancy firm in occupational health and safety and I thrived to the greater grace of God. Today I am still not at my bus-stop, the moral here is "Do not forsake little beginning"
