Anchors on Fox apparently feel it's their job to defend John Bolton as a man of integrity and honesty.

I've spoken with two people close who advocated allowing him in Trump's circle, and they're furious.

They sound like liberals circa the Iraq War.

General consensus...
The general consensus among them is that John Bolton lied about still being a neocon, which I can tell you for a fact he denied before being hired at the White House, and ultimately this is about Donald Trump not listening to him on Iran and elsewhere.

Bolton wanted war w/ Iran.
One questioned the veracity of the account because, "Trump didn't trust him enough to even speak candidly with him."

But added if it is true, "I will never vouch for that book-selling, lying son of a bitch ever again."

And something about him hiding in the Mideast.

Again, using a shoe on the other foot example, Manager @AdamSchiff says "do me a favor" and "I want you to find me dirt on" a political opponent, citing @MittRomney for obvious reasons.

But those words are fabrications of Mr. Schiff. Donald Trump said no such thing.

That is not supported at all.

Also, the timing they knew of the hold. She is flatly calling the key players in U.S. and Ukraine, liars.

1. Don't think people appreciate how much trouble @JoeBiden is likely in right now.

With the exception of a few polls w/ less accurate records in Iowa, @BernieSanders is ahead. He also leads in New Hampshire, and definitely will in it on February 11 if he takes the Iowa on 3rd.
@JoeBiden @BernieSanders 2. Then, we have Nevada on February 22, which he nearly carried last time against Hillary Clinton who had stronger minority support than Joe Biden.

By February 29, Biden's dominance in South Carolina could be significantly diminished.

Come Super Tuesday on March 3...

1. This is NOT true.

IG Horowitz didn't find documented/testimonial evidence to support bias, but as he testified, he did not rule it out BC there was no good alt explanation.

He found 7 “significant inaccuracies and omissions” in 1st of 4 FISA warrant apps, 10 more in other 3.
2. FISC Head Judge James Boasberg ruled final two FISA apps in April and June of 2017 were "not valid"—unlawfully authorized.

He noted that the court has not yet made a determination on the legality of the first two warrants.

They will be deemed illegal, too, given the OIG.
For those of you who defend FISA out of blind hatred for Donald Trump, just know you aid a rubber stamp for a police state.

Of 1,080 requests in 2018, only one application was denied. There are no "rigorous safeguards" or "robust restrictions" against abuse.

Just your hatred.

Welcome to today's #Trump #ImpeachmentTrial thread (potentially one of a few)! I've been playing around with tags a little in other tweets this morning but for now, I'm going to stick with the two I've used here. That may change later on, though. Follow/mute at will!
Today is going to be procedural stuff. The Senate will have to approve the (completely BS) rules proposed by McConnell. Dems will offer amendments, of course, but since a simple majority rules I don't have a lot of hope any of the amendments will pass. #Trump #ImpeachmentTrial
For those of you just tuning in, McConnell is proposing that this trial have:

Zero witnesses
Zero admitted evidence
Ridiculously little time set aside for opening arguments and questions.
As little sunlight as possible.

Trump once said “Islam hates us”, today New Zealand’s terrorist praised him as a “symbol of renewed white identity”.
White nationalism has proven to be the “quite killer, but no one talks about the dangerous rhetoric white nationalists push through politicians and media pundits.
