2/ Even with this current UNITARY Presidential system of government, the last time I peeped into the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended), State Governors of Nigeria's 36 States, remain the Chief Security Officers of their respective States.

3/ If the State Governors are Chief Security Officers (CSOs) of their individual states, it then means their primary duty is to Secure their States, Protect and Safeguard the lives of properties of indigenes and other Nigerian citizens within their respective States.

4/ So, why then, have Nigeria's 36 State Governors show little or no concern to citizens outcries to #EndPoliceBrutality #EndSARS. Why have they showed little or no concern when Abuja's hired @PoliceNG EXTORT, MAIM, ROB, & KILL indigenes/residents of their States?

5/ This is because Nigerians have failed to hold these Governors responsible as CSOs of their respective States. Fact remains, with this CENTRIFUGAL Presidential System, Abuja is too far and cozy to know or give a hoot about what goes on across States and LGAs.

6/ READ wikipedia report on killing of Laquan McDonald in 2014 by a Chicago cop. That marked the end of cops killings of Chicagoans, because Chicagoans enmasse held their Mayor RESPONSIBLE. When Nigerians call GOVS OUT, these incessant KILLINGS will END. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murder_of…

7/ I've critically analysed rising spate of BRUTALITY, EXTORTION, MAIMING & KILLINGS of Nigerian citizens by @PoliceNG, with this CENTRIFUGAL govt system, WAY OUT is, begin to CALL OUT State Govs as CSOs, even Lawmakers. SET THEM ON COLLISION COURSE WITH ABUJA, Killings 'll STOP.
