I think I'm going to hold off for now.
Apparently LinkedIn determined from my resume that I’m qualified to be a federal law enforcement officer - so I’ve got that going for me
That said, I worry about the next generation wanting to serve in government. We need great Americans serving our country, and this era of institutional degradation will end some day. Young people, keep applying and #HoldTheLine - our country needs you.
I work with a great team of students @FPRI on the #FIE2020 project and I hope they all serve their democracies (plural) fpri.org/research/fie20…

I’m in an @Uber & every single available warning light is lit up on the dash. Never seen that before. Doesn’t just happen naturally, a driver must work to create that many issues with their car
Chuck wagons have better shocks. Amazing ride this car, it’s somewhere between an aggressive massage chair and a hard landing in a UH-60, every 2-3 minutes.
I’ve seen some notes about getting out, but I’m in that part of Newark that might have been where they filmed shoot outs in Robocop, or where Tony Soprano always showed up to drop something off.

Indictment @FBI against PLA contains good cyber forensic work. Some interesting notes, time breach to detection/removal seems be +/- 45 days, took 2+ years for this indictment, imagine how many attacks conducted by these 4 & 10000s of hacker in meantime justice.gov/opa/press-rele…
@FBI wondering if FBI did this all internally and/or to what extent relied on outside companies to build evidence. Obviously intelligence agencies collaborated, but so much capacity/capability now resides outside USG.
@FBI China big data hacks = smart. Data is fuel for AI, get all you can, in time, gains will reveal themselves. Western democracies will worry privacy & Silicon valley big tech, penalize themselves, China has all their internal data & a copy of the West's as well - they win.

We're starting on Ramos v. Louisiana. Siegel asks whether there is are any other items left to incorporate.
Karlan: (I missed one); 7A jury trials in civil cases; 3A quartering troops (though states have confronted it)
Siegel moves to Allen v. Cooper. Clement introduces the facts of the case. I might have thought this case would be easy a few years ago because SCOTUS said Congress cannot abrogate 11A immunity under art. I sec. 8 powers. But on O'Connor's last day, Katz made bkrtcy exception.

1. Time to weigh in with my 2 cents after that ridiculous spectacle on Wednesday. There are lots of takes on what transpired. I’ve got my own ideas on that, but first a little background on the man.
2. I don’t claim to be an expert on Mueller’s career; others have explored that in great detail. I will cover a few things that stand out to me. First, I’m going to convey some commentary from some alternative media sources (different from my usual mainstream sources).
3. Why, you may ask? Am I wearing a tinfoil hat? I don’t think so. The problem is that Mueller has been a protected fixer for the Deep State for virtually his entire career in federal law enforcement. The legacy media have been providing cover for him for decades.

at the charlottesville albemarle regional jail for a public hearing. the room is only rated for 50 people. after the board and other officials, that leaves seats for 28 members of the public. overflow seating is outside. it’s 40 degrees.
nothing but the best for our public hearings.
hearing still hasn’t started. had time to run back to my car for a blanket, gloves, and hand warmers. didn’t realize i needed these for a public hearing. ironically, the ICE agents are warm & cozy inside while the public turns to icicles outside.
