my cooking style is influenced by theology. god made the animals to be delicious. u dont need to do anything to them. i just buy whatever chunks of animals i can get + roast them up. roasted the fattiest lamb ribs youve ever seen ($6.5), no salt or anything, was absolutely divine
im so routinely making the best things ive ever eaten with almost no spices, just harnessing the naturally present flavors, that im like one step away from asserting that spices in general are culinary cope
