Thread: Dear Independent Contractors in and out of California, I know some of you are having a difficult time joining forces with those of us on the right to fight #AB5 and #HR2474 #PROAct. And I get it.

When you believe that your opponent has a different set of core values than you do, it's tough to make that leap to work together. But I am here to make our case because #AB5 and #HR2474 #PROAct are so much bigger than left vs right. Let me explain.

In California, the right is practically gone. Non-existent. There is no way in hell that we can ever fight #AB5 and #HR2474 #PROAct because we are outnumbered in California. We're practically a one-party state. We can't get this done.

However, Dems in California put forth #AB5, and there's no way in hell they're going to repeal it or admit they made a mistake or acknowledge that they wanted to destroy freelancers. So you can't do this on your own because the people you voted for betrayed you.

And that is precisely why we need each other. If we never work together on anything else, it has to be #AB5 and #HR2474 #PROAct. If we can't come together to fight this monster, then our independent way of life is over.

It's time to fight and remind Sacramento and everyone else who put them in power. Last time I checked, all the Teamsters getting bussed into Sacramento don't speak for me. Do they speak for you? #AB5 and #HR2474 #PROAct
