Both defendants are in white space-like suits. They are charged with armed robbery and drugs (pot).
Judge: "Let's begin with Mr Latimer."

AUSA: Officer Latimer used his service weapon to rob 10 pounds of marijuana. It was premeditated.
AUSA: As an NYPD officer, he used his access to information to plan an armed robbery. He's a defendant who violated his oath.
AUSA: He was wearing a bulletproof vest and what looked like an NYPD shield. He told the other officers, I'm on the job. Now he's looking at a 7 yesr mandatory minimum.
Federal Defendr (FD) Flood: There's no risk of flight. It all happened in 3 to 4 minutes, the worst of his life. He has resigned, at 4:30 this morning. His mother is in the gallery; she works for yhe Bronx DA's office.
FD: He's a former police officer. He'd be in solitary confinement. Put him on home confiinement.
