This morning, I sat at a performance review session with two of my colleagues who joined recently. Sometimes, I hold one-on-one sessions with new hires so as to help them settle in and also guide their expectations.
So after going through their reports, I asked for the challenges. One of them told me she's getting more 'nos' than 'yes'. She's very new to sales. I decided to teach her about the law of Tithes.
The law of Tithes in sales means that for you to get 1 customer, you must talk to 10 customers.
