1. I may be speaking heresy but IMO the reason that @JoeBiden is not getting traction is because he appears slavishly tied to #ObamaCare. In 2013, because I'm self employed, I was cast in the Obamacare rate setting pit of hell. But I fought it and got my own policy. #HoganCare.

4. By simply saying "been there done that," on healthcare, Joe will be soon getting ready to write his memoirs. Here is the fix: Make one group or at a minimum regional groups. End the state regulatory system that was created to deal with insolvency. With a federal payer
5. that can print money there is no issue of insolvency that needs to daisy-chain local carriers to step in to pay off the claims of a failed local insurer. You shut down the state regulation and employ the people to run a national or the regional centers.
6. The key to insurance is full participation. Huge groups. The large pool can cover the losses. We already have the social security, medicare and medicaid infrastructure and the system can be created primarily through administrative action. This isn't rocket science.
