One of the last Mueller prosecutors leaving the stinking @TheJusticeDept ship. IMO all Trump DOJ political appointees will be disbarred. Many like Barr and Shea will spend many years in a prison for dangerous people who have conspired with Russian organized crime. @FBIWFO
Scary part is Barr has no future and may decide destruction of the planet will advance his twisted blasphemous view of end of days Catholicism. @Pontifex better wake up and start ex communicating these folks.

1. IMO the reason smart prosecutors are leaving the DOJ goes back to a U.S. Supreme Court case in 1976 that ruled that prosecutors cannot face civil lawsuits for prosecutorial abuses, no matter how severe. The rationale was that they are engaged in an independent
2. judicial function and should have judicial immunity. They are similar to judges in that prosecutors engage in an independent judicial function. That is not so under Barr where @TheJusticeDept is run by a Consigliere who takes orders from the crime family boss.
3. That's not a judicial function, it's a crime and can result in the loss of any civil prosecutorial immunity for every lawyer that touches a Trump tainted case. @WhiteHouse @FBIWFO @HouseJudiciary @SenateDems @RepJerryNadler @SenFeinstein

1. I may be speaking heresy but IMO the reason that @JoeBiden is not getting traction is because he appears slavishly tied to #ObamaCare. In 2013, because I'm self employed, I was cast in the Obamacare rate setting pit of hell. But I fought it and got my own policy. #HoganCare.

Shocker: Bill Barr—appointed AG after giving Trump a 19-page memo saying Trump didn't obstruct justice—just exonerated Trump of obstruction of justice. Mueller specifically said "this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him"
Mueller couldn't establish corrupt intent for obstruction of justice b/c Trump refused to talk w/ investigators. W/o putting Trump under oath, Barr exonerates him. Barr was put in charge of DOJ to salvage the GOP—even if it meant letting Trump get away with everything. Shameful.
.@JeffreyToobin points out the impropriety of AG Barr concluding no obstruction of justice when the whole point of appointing a special counsel was b/c Trump’s political appointees—like AG—have an inherent conflict of interest. And now we see, AG Barr is indeed Trump’s lackey.
