Cancelled over fears of the coronavirus. It's not the virus itself canceling these events, but fear. It's not organizer's fear, but attendees who will likely fail to show up even if the event is held.
Every year I don't book early for RSA Conference, I can't get hotels for less than $400 a night. Now nice hotels are available for $236/night. 
Sure, the ones right at the venue are $1000/night, but in previous years, they simply weren't available at all.
