We’re still grappling with what the consequences for past behaviors should be in the era of #metoo. We will grapple with this for a long time. But whatever the answer, it’s going to need to start with admitting wrong doing and at least an apology.
We already have a man in the White House who has never taken responsibility for his behavior toward women. We deserve better.
Bloomberg’s got a legitimate case to make for the presidency based on his record as a mayor, philanthropist and entrepreneur. But he’s got to own up to how he treated his female employees. (In addition to the race controversies discussed this week.)
