There’s an important point that I’m seeing a lot of smart people miss, so I’m going to address it, and I really hope people will pay attention:

The Kremlin is *not* supporting Bernie because he’s a Russian asset. 1/3
Their Bernie support has two primary objectives:

1. A Bernie nomination will shake the Democratic establishment to its core. It will set up a nasty fight and leave the Dems weakened and limping into November.

2. They’ve judged that’s the best shot at Trump being reelected. 2/3
It’s both lazy analysis and shows a lack of understanding of Russian intel to simply label him an asset.

The goal is to divide. Bernie is naturally divisive towards the establishment, and has sympathetic policies to Russia.

Easy choice for Putin, but Bernie isn’t compromised.

For the record: If you think Pete dropped out as part of some big conspiracy to keep Bernie from winning, you’re a moron.
It’s incredible how many people think I’m talking to them here... I’m not calling any of you morons — I was responding *directly* to this conspiracy bullshit Trump is spouting.

I guess the more concerning part:

If you’re doing coronavirus prep—and you probably should be—there are a couple important things to remember:

1. A regular surgical mask doesn’t do *anything* to prevent you from getting coronavirus — unless you have an N95-quality respirator, don’t bother with a mask.
2. In the meantime, I wouldn’t suggest hoarding, but stocking up on basic medical supplies, food and water, making sure all your prescriptions are refilled, etc., are all good short-term ideas as we prepare for a possible pandemic.

You may not need them, but don’t risk it.
3. The same measures you use to prevent yourself from getting the cold and flu are effective here — wash your hands frequently. Sanitize if you can’t wash. Don’t touch your mouth, nose, or eyes with unwashed hands.

And Kash Patel, the Nunes staffer who was instrumental in Nunes’ plot to discredit the Russia probe, started at ODNI yesterday to “advise” Grenell. 1/3
This is bad not only from the obvious “hey Trump is installing all his sycophants in the IC” standpoint, but ODNI has historically enjoyed both independence and continuity. 2/3
The DNI — perhaps more than any other official — has to be able to speak candidly to the President, particularly when the President is wrong. It’s a national security imperative.

Trump installing a puppet at ODNI will the country less safe. (End)

So I created this poll and the results confirmed my fear. More than 50% said they brush ONCE a day! So here goes.

Teeth can get two main diseases: Caries/cavities and periodontal/gum disease. Both are multi factorial but start with two main factors: Diet and oral hygiene.
Genes play a role but let's not blame our parents and their parents for our faults.

Basically food left on teeth causes caries and under the gums causes periodontal issues. Plain and simple. Some foods are worse than others but oral hygiene is key. So lets start with brushing.

Frannie was on the frontlines of Ferguson. This woman showed up for the community + never left.

For 5 yrs she strategized and organized, learning more about the “halls of power” and how to bust them open for people power to walk through.

This is a well and hard earned victory.
I’m still on a semi-hiatus but i had to log on for this because I know attention is short and this is important.

I personally saw this woman and mother get brutalized, hogtied and targeted for her exercising her power as a citizen.

She didn’t quit.

When ICWA, the Indian Child Welfare Act, was created 1/3 of all Native children had been adopted out of their tribe & were raised by White families. ICWA says when a Native child is up for adoption family members, tribal members or Native homes are prioritized for placement
Even with ICWA in place Native kids are disproportionately separated from their families, tribes and culture. Today, over half of US states are out of compliance.
