Wikipedia has more knowledge than any single human being who ever lived. If someone had the whole Wikipedia in their head, they will still have no better ability to elect a good leader than an average voter with a mediocre IQ, or to govern better than a run of the mill leader.
Now IQ matters when it comes to doing science and analytics and so on, and that is a great boon to society. But always remember: Science can tell us how to kill and how to heal, but it can never tell us when to kill and when to heal.
