10. In 2011, KDF launched Operation Linda Nchi (OLN) & GoK used Kenyan taxpayers money to install an Ethiopian Ogaden as RULER of Jubaland. Daily costs of OLN estimated at Kshs80million/USD800,000.

11. KDF later re-hatted into AMISOM in 2012 & established a CRIMINAL SMUGGLING NETWORK based in Kismayo & run PRIMARILY by Ogaden Somalis for benefit of Ogadens in Kenya. This criminal network also benefitted #AlShabaab & worsened relationship between KDF & AMISOM partners.
